Shipping & Processing Policy

• Shipping Method: All orders ship via FedEx 2-Day Shipping.
• Signature Required: A signature is required for delivery. If you’d like this removed, please request it at checkout. We are not responsible for stolen or missing packages once released to the carrier.
• Insurance: All packages are insured, but not at full product value.

Processing Times

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: Ship within 24 hours once payment has cleared.
• Standard Orders: Please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
• Custom Wigs (Raw full lace, 7x7 closures/toppers, medical/specialty caps): Processing may take up to 21 business days.
• Payment Processing: Payments may take 2–3 business days to clear. For immediate payment and faster shipping, contact us directly for a custom invoice.

Order Policy

All Sales Final: Once payment has cleared, all sales are final.

• Exceptions: Store credit may be issued only in the event of a company error.
