Welcome to Beauty of Expression (BOE Wigs). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before purchasing.

 

1. General Information

  • All wigs, extensions, and hair care products are final sale due to the hygienic nature of the items.

 

  • BOE Wigs reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes agreement to the latest version.

2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
  • Payments may take 2–3 business days to process and clear.
  • For immediate payment options (same-day processing), contact us directly for a custom invoice.
  • Once payment has cleared, all sales are final, unless store credit has been issued due to an error on behalf of the company.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx 2-Day Shipping (unless otherwise specified).
  • Signature is required for all deliveries. Customers may request removal of this requirement at checkout.
  • BOE Wigs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages once released to the shipping carrier.
  • All packages are insured but may not reflect the full value of contents.
  • Processing Times:
    • Ready-to-ship wigs: Ship within 2–3 business days after payment clears.
    • Premade wigs (no customization): Ship within 7 business days.
    • Custom wigs (Raw full lace, 7x7 closures, medical/specialty caps): Processing may take up to 21 business days.

4. Product Information & Care

  • All products are made with 100% Virgin or Raw hair, unprocessed and carefully sourced.
  • Each wig is hand-crafted; variations in color, texture, or density may occur.
  • Proper care is required to maintain the longevity of your wig or extensions. BOE Wigs provides care guides, but results will vary based on individual maintenance.

5. Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit

  • Due to the nature of our products, no refunds or exchanges are allowed.
  • In the event of an error on behalf of BOE Wigs, store credit may be issued at the company’s discretion.
  • Customers must report any issues within 48 hours of receiving their order.

6. Brand Ambassador Program

  • Ambassadors must comply with all outlined requirements, including promotion frequency and shipping/payment responsibilities.
  • Benefits, discounts, and free products may be revoked if requirements are not met.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All logos, branding, photos, and written content are the intellectual property of Beauty of Expression (BOE Wigs) and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Liability Disclaimer

  • BOE Wigs is not responsible for any allergic reactions, damages, or improper use of products.
  • Customers are responsible for understanding how to install, wear, and maintain wigs and extensions.
